Menyahanabi Sinsa is a Japanese ramen restaurant near Exit 5 of Sinsa Station that serves Nagoya-style mazesoba. The mazesoba is eaten by breaking the egg yolk and mixing it with the noodles, then changing the flavor with kelp vinegar. After finishing the noodles, diners receive a free spoonful of rice to mix in, and at certain times you can enter without waiting. The oily flavor is strong, so it can become cloying as you eat.
