Matjip Gopchang Gui

Matjip Gopchang Gui is a gopchang restaurant in Bangbae-dong, Seochu-gu, Seoul, near Sadang Station, serving gopchang, daechang, and yeomtong. The garlic gopchang has whole garlic cloves inside the intestines, and staff grill it through to the end. The meat arrives without a pre-grill, so it takes time to cook fully, and the grill lets oil drain away. The space is small, so it gets crowded when many people are there.
