Jingyowon

Jingyowon is a Korean restaurant near Yangjae Station that serves Jingyo noodles, Pyongyang naengmyeon, eobok jaengban, naeng suyuk, and dumplings. The Jingyo noodles are deulgireum makguksu, served with a bibim sauce and Pyongyang naengmyeon broth. The eobok jaengban comes in a ttukbaegi, and the naeng suyuk is dipped in a sauce with buchu and cilantro. It opened in March 2022, and the staff respond attentively.
