Jeonju Cheonggukjang Jip

Jeonju Cheonggukjang Jip is a Korean restaurant near Exit 4 of Sinsa Station that serves cheonggukjang and ojingeo bokkeum. The cheonggukjang is mixed into a large bowl containing rice, namul, gochujang, and sesame oil, and the ojingeo bokkeum is made with thick squid. The long-fermented cheonggukjang contains beans, tofu, and mu, and side dishes can be refilled from a self-service bar. The smell of cheonggukjang lingers on the interior and on clothing.
