Indeogwon Bibim-guksu Gangnam Main

Indeokwon Bibim Guksu Yangjae Jikyeongjeom is a noodle shop in Yangjae-dong, Seoul, serving bibim guksu, janchi guksu, dongchimi guksu and mandu. The bibim guksu pairs chewy noodles with a sweet, sour and spicy sauce, while the janchi guksu comes in a warm broth made from baendaengi. Water, broth and extra side dishes are self-service, and orders placed before sitting down bring the noodles out in under five minutes. The bibim guksu leaves a spicy finish.
