Hoshi Ramen

Hoshiraamen is a Japanese ramen restaurant in Seoul that serves tonkotsu ramen and spicy tonkotsu ramen. The basic ramen comes with four thick slices of chashu, and the broth is oily and rich. The spice level can be chosen from 1 to 3, rice is free, and a line forms during lunch hours. A bowl of ramen is small in portion, so without adding noodles it leaves you less than full.
