Hongdukkae Son Kalguksu

Jamwon Hongdukkae Suta Kalguksu is a kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) restaurant in Jamwon-dong, Seoul, serving sagol and seafood kalguksu as its signature dishes. It also sells chewy hand-pulled noodles and bibim mandu. The old-style shop requires customers to take off their shoes before entering, and the lunch crowd is large enough to form a line. The pajeon is on the bland side.
