Gimbusam

Kimbusam is a grilled-meat restaurant in Bangbae 2-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, serving samgyeopsal (pork belly), pork collar, pork jowl, and pork galbi. The main approach is grilling kimchi, buchu, and kongnamul on the griddle together with the samgyeopsal, and the side dishes come in generous portions. The restaurant draws crowds, so the first and second floors are loud, and seating is spread across several floors. The pre-grilling is lacking, so it is better to grill the meat from the start.
