Dolpanjip Gangnam Main Branch is a meat restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul, where samgyeopsal (pork belly), pork collar, and pork jowl are grilled on a stone plate over charcoal. It has held the same spot since 2001, and diners take kimchi and bean sprouts from a self-service bar to stir-fry with the meat. The meat arrives partly cooked, so there is little smoke, and staff cut it into pieces to eat. The menu also includes doenjang jjigae with half a bowl of rice mixed in, seasoned pork galbi, and naengmyeon (cold noodles).
