Do Chef

Dochef Nonhyeon is an Italian restaurant in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, a two-minute walk from Nonhyeon Station Exit 4. It serves Naples-style wood-fired pizza and pasta, including margherita, gambari crema, and vongole, with thin, chewy dough and thick sauces. It has held its spot since 2009, and orders are placed and paid for in advance at a table kiosk, with water and pickles self-service. During meal times, waiting is long without a reservation.
