Dimdimsum Central City Branch is on the second floor inside the Central City drop-off area, next to Outback, and serves Hong Kong-style dim sum. Order har gow, xiaolongbao, eggplant dim sum, and crispy cheung fun as a set or individually. On weekend lunchtimes the wait can run 30 to 50 minutes, and sets come with jasmine tea. Seating and table spacing are tight.
