Dalsune Sogopchang is a pocha-style Korean restaurant near Sinsa Station that serves gopchang (grilled intestines) and other offal. It uses intestines slaughtered the same day, so they carry less odor and are well filled with fat. The gopchang is par-cooked, then staff grill it for you, and gopchang ramyeon comes with the meal. With only five or six tables, the wait grows long in the evening.
