Chobap Jip

In Bangbae Cafe Golmok in Seocho-gu, Seoul, Chobapjip is a Japanese-style restaurant that serves hoe and sushi. Its set meal comes with ten pieces of hoe and two pieces of sushi, and after shrimp and sweet potato tempura you can choose udon or somyeon. At lunch there is a set that combines sushi and udon, served with miso soup and salad. The texture of the hoe is described both as good and as tough.
