Cheongryubyeok is a naengmyeon restaurant near Gangnam Station and Samsung Electronics Seocho Campus that serves bossam and makguksu. Its deulgireum makguksu uses chewy buckwheat noodles with a strong perilla oil aroma, and bossam, yukgaejang, and neulgeun hobakjeon can be ordered as well. The jebok jaengban comes with enough meat and side dishes that three adult men must work together to finish it, and doenjangguk is included. After 6 p.m. and on Friday evenings, there is a wait or the tables are almost full.
