Busan Bokjip is a pufferfish restaurant near Seocho Station in Seocho-dong, Seoul. It serves bok jiri and bok maeuntang made with hwalbok and saengbok, and the jiri is eaten with kongnamul and minari. The restaurant has a long history and a steady base of regulars, and the bokguk broth is clean and light. Prices are on the high side.
