Bongpyeong Gohyang Memilchon

Bongpyeong Gohyang Memilchon is a noodle shop in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul, that serves memil makguksu along with mandu and jeonbyeong. It sits a long walk from Nonhyeon Station Exit 7, down the Popeyes alley. The mul makguksu has cold broth with a strong buckwheat aroma, and the shop also sells bibim makguksu, hoe makguksu, and deulkkae memil kalguksu. At lunch the shop is crowded and the wait for food runs long, so avoid the main meal hours; sides include gamja jeon, gamja memil jeonbyeong, and gamja mandu.
