Barbecue Lab

Barbecue Lab is a meat restaurant near Yangjaecheon in Yangjae-dong, Seoul, grilling aged pork, beef ribs, and lamb ribs. The two-person sampler comes with pork collar, beef rib meat, samgyeopsal, lamb ribs, bun cha, and tomato ramen. Staff grill and cut the meat from start to finish, and a wait forms even on weekdays. The room runs loud because many groups come for company dinners.
