03 Handmade Sujebi Kalguksu

03 Sujebi Kalguksu is an old restaurant in the cafe alley of Bangbae-dong in Seoul, serving home-style baekban, sujebi, and kalguksu. The jeyuk and ojingeo bokkeum come in large portions, and the table is set with several banchan along with a steamed egg dish. An elderly couple has run it in the same spot for 25 years, and at lunch the wait is long, with delivery also available. The service tends to be brusque.
