Roastology Jamwon Coffee

Rostology Jamwon Coffee is a cafe in Jamwon-dong, Seoul, that serves a range of coffees brewed from beans it roasts itself. The beans are roasted in-house and offered in several varieties that differ in aroma and flavor. The owner couple roasts the beans themselves and has won roasting competitions. The drink list includes a lemonade-and-coffee beverage, and the cafe also serves blueberry scones that are dense and moist.
