Dopio Roastery is a cafe near Sinnonhyeon Station that roasts its own beans and serves drip coffee and lattes. It carries many coffee varieties, including acidic beans, and staff ask your preference before preparing a hand-drip to match. You choose beans by taking a canister out and smelling the aroma, and Wi-Fi and charging are available. One staff member runs the place alone, so there can be a wait.
