Sang-Eo

Sang-eo is an izakaya behind Sadang Station, in front of an elementary school, that serves aged hoe and hot-pot dishes. Its signature aged hoe platter is made by drying the surface slightly to concentrate flavor rather than serving it wet. Odeng nabe and sake are available alongside it, and the Gono-wada self-maki is rolled by hand at the table. Anju prices run high.
