Izakaya HoJu Dining Room is a bar in Seocho-dong, Seoul, located between Namu Terminal Station and Gyodae Station. Its signature dish is a sashimi platter made from fish selected on the day of auction, pre-treated at 1% salinity and aged at 1°C. Futomaki and saba bo sushi are made in traditional Japanese style, and the venue has rooms seating from two to larger groups. The space is not large, so seating can be tight and uncomfortable.
