Seocho-gu Rip Bangbae Sup Hwanggyeong Doseogwan is a library in Seocho-gu, Seoul, reached on foot uphill from Naebang Station. It is clean, quiet, and well equipped for reading and studying. Seats are limited, so you need to take a place before 11 a.m. The sound of laptop keyboards sometimes breaks the quiet.
