Uhwa Gopchang Main Branch

Uwha Gopchang Main Branch is a gopchang restaurant in Dunsan-dong, Daejeon. It serves the Uwha Modeum, a platter of gopchang, daechang, makchang and heart, along with Hanwoo gopchang jeongol, and finishes with flying fish roe bokkeumbap. Staff pre-cook the modeum and cut it into pieces, and parking is free for two hours. Basic dishes such as miyeokguk, tteokbokki, liver and cheonyeop come with the meal.
