Traditional Hand Kalguksu

Jeontongson Kalguksu is an old gamjatang (pork bone and potato stew) restaurant in Daejeon. The gamjatang has a rich broth and tender meat, while the kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) are chewy. It opens at 11:30 a.m. and closes for a break from 3 to 5 p.m. The restaurant is small, has no parking lot, and parking nearby is difficult.
