Taeyeong Saeng Makchang

Taeyoung Saeng Makchang is a makchang restaurant in Tanbang-dong, Daejeon. Pork makchang is the main menu item, and the first order is served pre-grilled while additional orders come raw. The makchang has almost no fishy smell, and ramen is sold as well. Beef makchang is chewier than pork makchang, but the difference in taste is not large.
