Sushi Hosan is a sushi restaurant in Seo-gu, Daejeon. The owner-chef previously worked at Ariake at the Shilla Hotel and serves an omakase menu. The restaurant operates only a counter of around 11 seats and runs a dinner course. Reservations are required two to three months in advance.
