Minari Samgyeopsal

Minari Samgyeopsal is a pork belly restaurant in Seo-gu, Daejeon. The samgyeopsal is eaten with minari and pa-kimchi, and cheonggukjang can be ordered after the meat. Each person orders a portion and cooks ramyeon and fried eggs at the table, with unlimited refills. Around 6 p.m. there may be no tables left, and a wait is standard.
