Mijin Sikdang

Mijin Sikdang is a buckwheat noodle shop near Daejeon City Hall. It serves memil soba and udon, and the assorted tempura is fried to order and comes out crisp. On a weekday lunch, more than ten parties were waiting, but the food turns over quickly and the wait was not long. The memil soba portion is small, so two plates are needed to fill up.
