Joseonui Chef is a Korean restaurant in Dunsan-dong, Daejeon. It serves doenjang jjigae and kimchi stew along with sundubu, cheonggukjang, mung bean pancakes, and buckwheat pancakes. Orders and payment are handled by customers themselves at a table-side self-service system. Food can take a long time to come out.
