Hwaloya

Hwaroya is a restaurant in Daejeon that serves pork galbi and Iberico pork. Its signature hot dog galbi is par-cooked pork galbi finished on a table grill, and the Iberico set includes hwangje-sal, pork jowl, samgyeopsal (pork belly), and house-made sausage. Kimchi stew comes free with the meal, along with side dishes such as dubu kimchi and salad. The fire is weak, so the meat cooks slowly.
