Gwibin Dolsotbap

Gwiibin Dolsotbap is a dolsotbap restaurant in Seo-gu, Daejeon. The rice is served in a hot stone pot with around 20 kinds of namul side dishes, mixed with gochujang, and water is poured in at the end to make nurungji. It was selected as a Baeknyeon Gage in 2021, and the second and third floors are mainly used by group diners. There are many namul side dishes, but the amount of meat side dishes is small.
