Emai Daejeon Dunsan is a Vietnamese restaurant on the first floor of Kyobo Book Centre in Dunsan-dong, Daejeon. Its signature dishes are bun cha and brisket pho, and the noodles for pho or bun cha can be refilled once for free. Cilantro is served only on request, while sauces and radish pickled in chili seed oil are self-serve, and parking is available in the Kyobo Book Centre underground car park. The interior is small and it tends to get crowded in the evening.
