Diccarnet is a small Western restaurant in Tanbang-dong, Daejeon. It serves bruschetta topped with prosciutto, ricotta cheese, pistachio and honey, along with Punggi porcini pasta and steak rosé risotto. There are only a few tables, so reservations are required in advance, and food takes time to come out. The tables are small, which makes eating a bit uncomfortable.
