Baots is a Taiwanese restaurant in Dunsan-dong, Daejeon. It serves noodles pulled in-house, dumplings made by hand, and bao, a Taiwanese snack. Orders are placed through an electronic system and food comes out quickly. Weekday lunch and dinner peaks draw crowds.
