Olijin

Origin is a small izakaya in Tanbang-dong, Daejeon. It serves seafood dishes, aged hoe, and futomaki, with highballs and sake on the side. It does not take reservations and runs a waiting list, and the wait can run one to two hours. Because the hoe is aged, the texture is not the same as live-fish hoe.
