Natural Heritage Center

The Natural Monument Center is a museum near Hanbat Arboretum in Daejeon that displays plant, animal, and geological materials from Korea. Exhibits include taxidermy animals and bones, dinosaur footprints and egg fossils, rocks, and mammoth fossil bones, along with a virtual cave experience on screen. Admission is free, and completing a stamp mission earns a souvenir. A visit takes about 30 minutes, or around an hour at a slower pace, since the exhibition route is short.
