Yennal Son-kalguksu

Old Son Kalguksu is a hand-pulled knife-cut noodle shop in Seo-gu, Daegu. The noodles are made from dough rolled by hand and cut thin with a hongdukkae, and the shop also serves suyuk and kimchi alongside them. The kalguksu has an old-fashioned, mild flavor, and the suyuk is soft with a fair amount of fat. If you prefer chewy noodles, the thin noodles here will not suit you.
