Jinmi Sik-yuk Sikdang

Jinmi Sikyuk Sikdang is a Korean restaurant in the alley of Wondae-dong, diagonally across from the Buk-gu Office in Daegu. It serves daechang bulgogi jeongol, boiled with sweet beef bulgogi and large intestine in a spicy broth, with ssukgat and dangmyeon added. The restaurant has served this single daechang jeongol menu for over 50 years and seats about 30, so it is nearly full by 7 p.m. The garlic aroma is strong and the broth is on the pungent side, which can leave the stomach feeling heavy after the meal.
