Sujjang-Ga

Sujjangga is a noodle shop in Busan that serves noodles, mandu, and gimbap. The shop makes its own danmuji and kimchi, and its noodles are mild and light rather than strongly seasoned. It is run by a founding member of Songjeongjip, and customers can order by reading the descriptions under each menu item. Seasoning is light and the broth and mandu contain a lot of vegetables, which makes the flavor sweet.
