Sikdang is a small restaurant in Toseong-dong, Busan, serving donkatsu and rice bowls, a 10-minute walk from Toseong Station. The donkatsu has little fat and dense meat, giving it a light flavor. At lunchtime visitors crowd in and food takes time to arrive, so orders can be placed in advance by phone. The interior is small with few seats, which makes lunch uncomfortable.
