Sariwon

Sariwon is an old milmyeon specialist in the Seodaesin-dong and Daesin-dong area of Busan that serves only milmyeon. It offers Busan-style milmyeon in a meat broth and bibim milmyeon dressed with a pear and gochutgaru seasoning sauce. The noodles are boiled for a long time, so they are not tough and are easy to chew. It once served naengmyeon as well, but now serves only milmyeon.
