Ihwagwon

Ihwaweon is a Chinese restaurant in Busan that serves jjajang, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. The old-style tangsuyuk is fried to order and served with a house sauce, and the jjamppong broth is made with vegetable stock. The small tangsuyuk is a large portion, and the jjamppong bap has a clean taste without greasiness. Families have taken photos with the owner after their meals.
