Golmok Son Kalguksu

Golmok Son Kalguksu is a shop in the Seodaesin-dong alleys of Busan that serves kalguksu, sujebi and gimbap. Its representative dishes are bibim kalguksu and kimchi kalguksu, made with hand-kneaded noodles and an anchovy broth. In summer it serves kongguksu, noodles in stone-ground soybean water with ice, and in winter it serves deulkkae kalguksu and black deulkkae sujebi. Break time is from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
