Gimhae Tongdak

Kimhae Tongdak is a chicken restaurant in Songdo, Busan, serving old-style whole chicken, fried chicken, and yangnyeom chicken. The fried chicken is cooked until crisp and eaten dipped in ttaengcho soy sauce, and boneless options are also available. The yangnyeom sauce is made in an old style with a garlic note, so it is neither as spicy nor as heavy as current versions. The shop has regulars who have been coming for 20 years.
