Daegung Hanwoo Gui

Daegung Hanwoo Gui is a bulgogi restaurant in Seo-gu, Busan, where hanwoo and galbi-sal are grilled over charcoal. The hanwoo hanpan and modum divide the cuts for tasting, with yukhoe mul bibim naengmyeon and gogi doenjang jjigae on the side. The wire mesh grill requires careful grilling adjusted to the charcoal heat and flame. To finish, beef is stir-fried into the doenjang jjigae and eaten mixed with rice.
