Chonggak Hoejip

Chonggak Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant in Songdo, Busan, serving hoe, mulhoe, and hoedeopbap. It also serves ureok maeuntang, a spicy rockfish stew, and is a long-standing neighborhood restaurant. The hoedeopbap comes with a generous amount of raw fish, and the maeuntang served alongside is spicy. The restaurant has the feel of an old, established spot and is not particularly tidy.
