Buwon

Buwon is a Korean-Chinese restaurant in Bupyeong-dong that serves jjajangmyeon and tangsuyuk. The ganjjajang is made by stir-frying onions to order, the tangsuyuk comes with a crispy batter, and the bokkeumbap has every grain of rice coated in oil. The open kitchen has no wall, so the cooking of ordered dishes is visible. Even the small tangsuyuk comes in a large portion.
