Provisional Capital Presidential Residence

Busan Provisional Capital Presidential Residence served as the presidential residence of the provisional capital for about a thousand days during the Korean War. It is a historic site reachable from Toseong Station Exit 2 and the entrance of the Provisional Capital Memorial Hall. Inside the residence are the personal household items of first president Syngman Rhee and photographs and information from that time. Following the Toseong Station announcements and road signs leads to a parking lot 40 meters ahead, a small garden, and a tent school experience space from the wartime evacuation.
