Susukino Crepreriz

Susukino Crepreriz is a takeout crepe shop on the second floor in Susukino, Sapporo. It makes crepes from Hokkaido rice flour, including matcha, strawberry banana, and chocolate banana crepes filled with rich milk-flavored fresh cream. The sugar butter crepe comes in a hojicha flavor. The thin, chewy batter has sugar melted with a torch for a crisp outside, and the portions are large enough to feel heavy after a meal.
